Commercial Cargo is for business or any items that are for sale or trade while Balikbayan box is for personal effects only and can’t be mixed up with any commercial items.

For the Balikbayan box, may I know the exact place in Thailand because our pricing depends on the place of origin and the destination to the Philippines.

For the Commercial box, kindly tell us what specific items you wish to send and where is the destination to the Philippines for our pricing depends on whichever is higher either the volumetric weight or the actual weight.

Our minimum weight requirement for Commercial cargo is 20kilograms. Our commercial pricing going to (destination) is THB/KG.

Free pick up within Bangkok for up to 50kilograms, less than 30kilograms should drop it off at our warehouse.

Most liquids products, illegal goods, live plants, and animals, perishables, flammable and toxic items are not allowed.

Please do note of our lead time from the sailing/departure date and this is subject to change depending on the schedule of release from PH and TH customs.

Yes, we have and that is free of charge. Just give us a heads up if your orders are on the way.

Yes, we have free pick up within Bangkok area only. We charge 300 THB/hr if it is outside Bangkok.

Our empty box cost 200 THB. Kindly secure it with a 300 THB for security deposit. The deposit is deductible on your shipping fee. Total amount would be 500THB upon delivery of the box.

We will be needing a copy of your passport or any valid I.D. with a signature, a picture of your commodities and the list with declared value and quantity.

There are no additional charges. Everything is already included in your shipping cost. We offer door-to-door delivery anywhere in the Philippines.
